Barrington, RI Compass has completed the sale of 123 Adams Point Rd. for $3.12 million. Kevin Fox, of Compass’ Providence Office, represented the seller and the Kirk | Schryver Team, of Compass’ Barrington Office, represented the Buyer in this transaction.
