Verenis of Marcus & Millichap arranges $2.805 million sale of 24-unit Talbot & County Apartments - Horowitz, broker of record, assisted in the closing

North Providence, RI Marcus & Millichap negotiated the sale of Talbot & County Apartments, a 24-unit apartment property, according to Thomas Shihadeh, regional manager of the firm’s Boston office. The asset sold for $2.805 million. 

Harry Verenis, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Boston office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor. The buyer was also secured by Verenis. John Horowitz, Rhode Island broker of record, assisted in closing this transaction. 

Talbot & County Apartments is located at 1 Talbot St. The property consists of two 12-unit brick garden-style apartment buildings comprised of five one-bedroom and nineteen two-bedroom apartments.
