Amper and Greenman of Capstone Properties sell 24,598 s/f industrial building for $1.6 million in Quonset Business Park

North Kingstown, RI Neil Amper, SIOR and Chris Greenman of Capstone Properties have sold a 24,598 s/f building on 2.03 acres located at 135 Compass Circle in Quonset Business Park to NMLM Realty.

The buyers are the owners of Pranzi Catering and Events, a full-service catering company that services customers throughout New England. They own other facilities, and this represents a significant expansion of their business.

The sellers are Johnson Brothers of Rhode Island, Inc. Johnson Brothers is headquartered Minnesota. Founded in 1953, Johnson Brothers is family-owned and one of the country’s leading wine, spirits, and beer distributors, providing service to customers and now operating in 21 states with 3,200 team members.

The building was originally only for lease, but the seller and the buyer were able to reach acceptable terms for a sale.

Capstone Properties was the listing agency and procured the buyer.
