Malone Commercial sells 12,075 s/f office bldg. to Pioneer Telephone Co.
Pioneer Telephone Company has purchased the 12,075 s/f office building at 39 Darling Ave. from QSI LLC for $1.17 million.
Mark Malone, CCIM, of Malone Commercial Brokers, and Marc Fishman of Fishman Realty Group, completed the sale.

The industrial markets have never been stronger. What has happened is that the build out of Devens with new high-tech biotech manufacturing with housing to service these buildings serves as the connector required to really make the I-495 West market sizzle. Worcester has been the beneficiary
