Kershaw of Stebbins sells 4.99 acre site
Newton Kershaw III, commercial R.E. advisor at Stebbins Commercial Properties, Inc. sold a 4.99 acre tract at 1380 Hooksett Rd. from 1380 Realty, LLC to Robrakero, LLC.
According to the registry of deeds the sale price was $390,000.
Kershaw represented the seller.
