Lyman Real Estate sells 352 Main Street in Norwich for $400,000

Norwich, CT Ron Lyman, CCIM, CEO of Lyman Real Estate, completed the sale of the building most recently known as The Majestic Rose Dinner Theater at 352 Main St. It was purchased by Ganesh Hospitality, LLC, a New Haven hotel developer,

for $400,000, with Lyman acting as agent for the seller, Jeffrey Tesch of RCN Capital, South Windsor. 

Amit Naran of Ganesh Hospitality said they plan to turn the building into the Chelsea Hotel, a boutique hotel with a restaurant and many amenities. The developers are working with the Norwich Community Development Corp. and other city officials to secure final approvals.
