Lyman Real Estate represents LA-IN-USA, LLC in 7,500 s/f lease to AutoZone
Branford, CT America’s largest retailer of automotive parts and accessories will be leasing a new location at 854 West Main St., Rte. 1. Ron Lyman, CCIM, CEO of Lyman Real Estate, represented the lessor, LA-IN-USA, LLC. Kevin Daly of Sullivan Hayes Northeast was agent for the lessee, AutoZone Northeast, LLC.
The AutoZone store will be the building’s principal tenant, occupying 7,500 s/f of the 9,331 s/f of available space. The location has 55 parking spaces. AutoZone Northeast has not yet set a date for the opening.
Lyman Real Estate represents commercial and residential buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
