Litchfield of Concord Commercial sells 20 Foundry Street for $3.25 million

Concord, NH Concord Commercial Real Estate, has represented the sale of 20 Foundry St. for $3.25 million. 

The transaction, which offered an opportunity to purchase a class A office building with 100% occupancy by a credit tenant, attracted strong investor interest.  The buyer was Altra Holdings LLC, owned by Alvan Traffie and Leif Traffie.  This purchase allowed the Traffie’s to purchase a building which they had originally constructed as part of their redevelopment of Foundry St. in 2004.  The tenant, Sanborn Head & Associates, Inc. will remain in place. 

Brenda Litchfield represented the seller PWG Realty, LLC, whose ownership included the original founders of Sanborn Head. Bill Norton, of Norton Asset Management represented the buyer.
