Brady Sullivan Airport Center at 645 Harvey Road 100% leased

Manchester, NH A current tenant will be expanding its presence at the Brady Sullivan Airport Center at 645 Harvey Rd., while a new one will call the location home, making it 100% leased.

EPE Corporation, an existing tenant for six years, will add 10,355 s/f to its current 45,230 s/f space.  

The Airport Center will also be welcoming a new tenant, Temescal Wellness. They will be utilizing 25,000 s/f of flex and office space.  

“We are excited about both growing and starting new relationships with these tenants at Harvey Rd.,” said Charles Panasis, director of commercial real estate for Brady Sullivan Properties.

 In addition to these deals, Gentex Corporation, the personal protection and situational awareness company, signed a lease last month for space at the Harvey Rd. location.  They will be relocating to 43,000 s/f at the Airport Center from their current location on Brown Ave.  

Panasis was instrumental in creating these agreements, while he was supported by the commercial leasing team of Benjamin Kelley and Elizabeth Sachetta.
