Linear Retail Properties leases 1,500 s/f and 1,350 s/f to T Mobile

As part of a ten store Greater Boston roll-out, the Mansfield-based The Wireless Store, LLC, a T Mobile limited partner, has inked two leases with Linear Retail Properties of Burlington. Just opened in July is a 1,500 s/f T Mobile sales and service outlet in Linear Retail's 325 New State Hwy. center in Raynham. The property is located across the street from Shaw's Supermarket in the heart of the retail corridor on Rte. 44. Wireless/T Mobile joins Sherwin Williams, Sleepy's and Jersey Mikes in the 21,000 s/f center. One 1,932 s/f space is still available for lease. August 7 was the debut for the new 1,350 s/f T Mobile store in the Walgreen's Plaza at 413-423 Washington St. (Rte. 138), Stoughton. Filling a former Starbuck's endcap, the wireless operator joins Eastern Bank, Hertz and a 24-hour Walgreens in the 26,000 s/f strip. A subdividable 3,730 s/f in-line space is available for lease in this heavily-trafficked commerce corner. The Wireless Store, LLC was represented in the transaction by National Commercial Broker's Brian Nadler with Adam Conviser of Conviser Property Group representing Linear Retail.
