Shair of M&J Associates leases 1,912 s/f to Anna's Country Kitchen
According to Mark Shair, president of M&J Asociates, Anna's Country Kitchen has leased 1,912 s/f at The Shops at Ocean's Gate. The space fronts on Ocean St. and is located on the west side of the pedestrian walkway/seating area that provides access to the main parking lot. It will feature in-house dining and outside dining along the walkway.
The restaurant will be operated by local Marshfield residents, Madeline and Peter Hauser.
Construction is underway and Anna's will be open in the fall. The Shops At Ocean's Gate is a brand new 40,000 s/f shopping center located at the corner of Ocean St. (Rte. 139) and Webster St. Other tenants include Elizabeth Grady, Verizon Wireless (Wireless City), Antons, Hong Kong, and LuxeSmile.
The developer is Diamond/Sinacori, LLC, Boston. Architect is Utile, Inc., Boston. General contractor is CB Construction, Dedham. Financing was provided by Century Bank, Medford. Exclusive broker is M&J Associates, Inc., Newton.
