Linear Retail acquires 235 Daniel Webster Highway in Nashua for $12 million
235 Daniel Webster Highway - Nashua, NHNashua, NH Linear Retail Properties, LLC, completed its 7th purchase in Nashua at 235 Daniel Webster Highway. The property is tenanted by Barnes & Noble, and is located at the corner of Daniel Webster Highway & Spit Brook Road.
The Barnes & Noble property is a 29,554 s/f, single-story, free standing building. The purchase price was $12 million. The property is Linear Retail’s sixth acquisition on Daniel Webster Highway, Nashua’s premier shopping district. Linear also owns a shopping center on Rte. 101A/Amherst St. in north Nashua adjacent to Target.
The site is connected to three other Linear Retail centers: Daniel Webster Plaza (Starbucks, Not Your Average Joe’s, Fidelity, Chipotle, La-Z-Boy and others), Daniel Webster Shops (Noodles, Xfinity, b.good and The Joint Chiropractic) and Daniel Webster Crossing (Panera Bread, Jos. A. Bank, Namco and others).
