Narragansett, RI Lila Delman Real Estate International completed one of the highest priced sale for a condominium in Narragansett in over 3 years. The ocean view unit located at 23 Beach St. was sold for $1.05 million. The 1,471 s/f condominium across from The Narragansett Town Beach was listed by Melanie Delman, president, Lila Delman Real Estate International and Ruth Bellino, director of sales and operations.
