Schrader of Acella Construction appointed to Board of Trustees of the South Shore Economic Development Corp.

Weymouth, MA According to Acella Construction Corp., president Saul Schrader has been appointed to the Board of Trustees of the South Shore Economic Development Corp. (SSEDC).

With 26 years in the construction industry, Schrader brings expertise and regional insight to the SSEDC. In his role as trustee, he will help guide the organization’s mission to foster long-term sustainable economic growth and vitality across Southeastern Mass.

The SSEDC, working in close partnership with the South Shore Chamber of Commerce, leads the South Shore 2030 initiative, a strategic roadmap for the region’s future. The South Shore 2030 plan is a collaborative effort involving business leaders, nonprofits, elected officers, and policy experts dedicated to guiding smart growth.

“Saul’s leadership in the construction industry and deep understanding of our communities will be invaluable as we continue building a vibrant, resilient South Shore economy,” said David Ellis, chair of the South Shore Economic Development Corporation. “His collaborative spirit and strategic insight align perfectly with our mission to foster growth and long-term prosperity across the region.”
