Levy of MEG Cos. brokers six new leases at North Broadway Crossing

Six new leases at North Broadway Crossing brings the center to 97 % occupancy. Lady Grace Intimate Apparel known throughout New England as a quality women's intimate apparel and lingerie store has relocated from the Rockingham Mall into 2,483 s/f. North Broadway Crossing was chosen for greater customer convenience, visibility, drive to the door parking. The larger store offers more selections and dressing rooms. CLIX Digital Photography has opened its second N.H. store in 1,749 s/f, according to Bob & Lisa Stift who note the new store is doing even better than their Bedford location on So. River Rd. in front of Stop & Shop. CLIX Digital Photography is a fun, friendly hip place where they create your digital photo memories from high school senior photography and sports photos, pet portraits and brilliant quality baby shots. Postal Center USA has opened in 1,600 s/f, according to owner Vicki Krikorian, to offer the best customer service for shipping and packing, mail box rentals, retail sales of shipping and packing supplies, greeting cards, business cards, rubber stamps and photocopying, lamination, key duplication and notary services. Edible Arrangements has opened in 1,300 s/f, the second location for owner Amy Woods whose other store is in Londonderry. Edible Arrangements specializes in gourmet gift baskets and fruit bouquet arrangements to make any occasion special, including birthdays, anniversaries and congratulations, to business events and client gifts. Each bouquet can be complimented with chocolate covered fruit such as strawberries, bananas, and more. Prudential Verani Real Estate, one of New Hampshire's most well known and largest real estate firms with multiple offices and over 275 agents has been serving the needs of communities in southern N.H. and northern Massachusetts since 1967. They have relocated from Main St. into an expanded office of 3,557 s/f. Prudential Verani Real Estate sells residential real estate, new homes, land, and commercial properties, and offers both buyer and seller representation, according to Giovanni Verani. After months of construction and great anticipation, Wasabi Japanese Steakhouse has opened in 2,829 s/f. Wasabi Japanese Steakhouse offers an array of fine Japanese dishes, ranging from Sushi Deluxe, Shrimp Teriyaki to Dragon and Cucumber Roll. There are three seating areas - the sushi bar, dining room, and tepanyaki area with the Hibachi tables. Wasabi is open for both lunch and dinner and for take out and delivery. With its distinctly upscale design NBC features four unique buildings and a wide assortment of quality tenants, located at a new signalized intersection on Rte. 28. Chris Capozzoli who also built the adjacent Burlington Self Storage has developed what has become one of New Hampshire's most distinctive retail properties. The center is anchored by McKinnon's Market & Super Butcher. This is their first N.H. store as well as their first super store as is evidenced by their 26,000 s/f of first class custom designed space. McKinnon's features the finest selections of meat, seafood, produce, bakery items, wine & cheese, and prepared foods at extremely competitive prices.
