Leonard of Lila Delman Real Estate brokers $6.56 million sale

Newport, RI Lila Delman Real Estate leads the town’s luxury market with the sale of Grey Walls, 86 Beacon Hill Rd., for $6.56 million. Kate Leonard, Lila Delman sales associate, represented the buyer.

Located on 4.27 acres on Beacon Hill, Aquidneck Island’s highest point, “Grey Walls” is a shingle-style contemporary overlooking the famed “Blue Garden” that has views of the Atlantic Ocean, Newport Bridge and Newport Harbor.
