Legocki joins Marcus Partners as senior vice president, investments

Boston, MA Marcus Partners, a real estate investment, management and development firm, has hired Chris Legocki as senior vice president, investments. Reporting to chief investment officer Ryan McDonough, Legocki will be responsible for sourcing investment opportunities in Metro Boston.

“Adding Chris to our team expands our capabilities to identify new industrial and multifamily investments across Metro Boston,” said McDonough. “His strategic thinking, extensive investment and development experience, and deep knowledge of commercial real estate are invaluable assets as we navigate the current challenges in the commercial real estate environment.”

Legocki most recently was with Greystar, where as a senior director he played an integral role in establishing and growing the firm’s regional development and acquisition business.

Previously, he held positions with Longpoint Realty Partners, Skanska USA Commerical Development and First Niagara Bank. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Rochester.
