Lang McLaughry Commercial sells 1 Commercial Drive in West Lebanon for $285,000

According to Bruce Waters, CCIM and senior broker for LANG MCLAUGHRY COMMERCIAL, the firm completed the sale of 1 Commercial Dr. to Patco Properties, LLC, a Vermont real estate holding company. Patco Properties will lease the facility to Alliance Mechanical Engineering an HVAC maintenance division out of Essex Junction, Vt. 1 Commercial Dr. is a former repair garage, with a 3 bay overhead configuration attached to offices. The facility is located in downtown and is 2,500 s/f. Jason Patnaude, representing Alliance Mechanical said, "The facility is exactly what we have been seeking in the Upper Valley area. It is centrally located allowing Alliance Mechanical to service their growing customer base throughout the Upper Valley." Waters said, "1 Commercial Dr. in West Lebanon Village is heavily exposed to both Vermont and New Hampshire customers and is in the heart of the Upper Valley market." According to the Grafton County records, the sale was for $285,000. LANG MCLAUGHRY COMMERCIAL represented the seller, SCH Properties, LLC and assisted the purchaser in their acquisition.
