Landmark Realty Group sells 2,200 s/f ind'l. whse. unit - $200,000

Landmark Realty Group, LLC sold a 2,200 s/f industrial warehouse unit at 376 Dry Bridge Rd., building A-1 in the Dry Bridge Commerce Park. Philip St. Sauveur of Emergency Access Systems, Inc. purchased the unit for $200,000. Landmark represented the buyer and the seller. John McCloskey, esq. served as the closing attorney. The new light industrial park is set on 9 1/2 acres and will feature ten 7,500 s/f steel buildings with options for larger custom accomodations. "We take pride in designing buildings that maximize efficient use of space and are well built, energy efficient, functional, and above all, affordable." said Dennis Curci, developer of Dry Bridge Commerce Park. Each new building offers many standard features such as 12' x 14' overhead high lift doors w/openers, 20' clear span ceilings, loading dock, loading doors, three phase, fiber optics, and a standard office.
