Kaufman of Lila Delman Compass sells 7,708 s/f
East Providence, RI Lila Delman Compass negotiated the sale of 33 Veterans Memorial Pkwy. for $750,000. Jonathan Kaufman, sales associate of The Local Group of Lila Delman Compass, represented the buyer. Kevin Casey, vice president, brokerage of Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal represented the sellers.
The 7,708 s/f mixed-use commercial property is on a 10,000 s/f lot, and offers space that could be used for residences, offices or a warehouse.
“Working with the buyers on this property was particularly special because of their ambitions,” said Jonathan Kaufman. “They’re deeply rooted in the East Providence community and have such great plans for the property.”
