Freshman and Giuttari of MG Commercial
lease 83,500 s/f industrial

Lincoln, RI Julie Freshman and Mike Giuttari, SIOR of MG Commercial have leased 83,500 s/f, modern industrial space at 100 Higginson Ave. for Waterloo Way LLP to Imondi Foods from West Warwick. Imondi Foods will be relocating to 100 Higginson after work is completed for a 23,000 s/f cooler/freezer area is created within the space, along with some additional office space among other changes and upgrades.

100 Higginson Ave. is a 475,000 s/f multi-tenant, multi-use facility with tenants as diverse as Denison Pharmaceuticals and Imondi Foods to Rock Spot Rock Climbing, KR Baseball and R1 Racing. The facility is also fully solar enabled with almost 500,000 s/f of rooftop solar. Waterloo Way LLP from Miami, FL has owned and operated the facility for 24 years.

MG Commercial has represented the entity at 100 Higginson Ave. the entire time.
