Kauffman of Sea Watch Realty sells 3,200 s/f medical building condo for $1.191 million
Sea Watch Realty, Inc. sold a 3,200 s/f medical office condominium at 1 Scobee Circle on December 30 for $1.191 million. The 20,000 s/f new construction building on a 1.38 acre parcel is located at the corner of Scobee Circle and Resnick Rd. in the Plymouth Industrial Park. Steve Kauffman of Sea Watch Realty listed the property for sale and brokered the transaction between the seller, Alpines LLC and the buyer, Dr. Scheiber.
Kauffman as the listing broker previously sold the 1.38 acre parcel to Alpines LLC, who constructed the medical office building. Kauffman also leased 6,668 s/f of the newly constructed medical office building to the Rehabilitation Hospital of Cape and Islands, a division of Partners Health Care, to operate an outpatient physical and occupational therapy services facility. The tenant was represented by McCall & Almy.
