Gotfredson of NAI Hunneman brokers 6,717 s/f office lease renewal at 88 Broad Street
NAI Hunneman has brokered a 6,717 s/f office lease renewal at 88 Broad St. The Partnership for Excellence in Jewish Education, a national organization of visionary Jewish philanthropists known as PEJE, renewed its lease on the 6th floor at 88 Broad St., a nine-story, 63,829 s/f office building in the Financial District.
Christian Gotfredson, a senior vice president at NAI Hunneman, represented the landlord, Bay State Realty. Jason Cameron of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the tenant.
"We're very pleased that PEJE decided to renew its lease at 88 Broad St.," said Gotfredson. "With renovations of the lobby and building systems already completed, 88 Broad St. has become one of Boston's best and most attractive small office buildings."
