Tito and McGee of NAI Hunneman broker $1.76 million sale of apartment complex
NAI Hunneman has brokered the sale of Lakeview Manor, a 24-unit apartment complex for $1.76 million.
NAI Hunneman's executive vice president and principal Robert Tito and Dan McGee, investment sales, represented the seller, Lakeview Manor LLC, and procured the buyer, Sahara Real Estate.
Located on an approximately one-acre lot at 3 Carroll Dr. near Rte. 122 and Rte. 140, the property consists of 16 two-bedroom and eight one-bedroom units in four, six-unit buildings.
"It's a magnificent property that offers some water views of Lake Ripple and is strategically located close to the MBTA commuter train and the Mass. Tpke.," said Tito. "Sahara Real Estate will hold these apartments as an income property."
