Jones Lang LaSalle Construction completes interior for Finnegan, Henderson, Farabow, Garrett and Dunner, LLF at Seaport Place

Jones Lang LaSalle Construction (JLL) has completed work as the general contractor for the new first class offices of Finnegan, Henderson, Farabow, Garrett and Dunner, LLF at Seaport Place. The 33,209 s/f relocation to the Seaport District from Cambridge serves as the law firm's new headquarters. Designed by global architecture and design firm Gensler, the sixth floor build out of Seaport East features a centrally located conference area with electrostatic glass for ease of privacy, an attorney lounge for visiting employees, and a custom mosaic tile pattern by Artaic. In addition, the inclusion of exterior glass offices allows for an abundance of natural light, and unobstructed water and city skyline views. The project is valued at $3 million. "It was a pleasure working with the Jones Lang LaSalle team on the build-out of Finnegan's new office space in Seaport East at Two Seaport Lane," said Mike McGurk, the managing partner of Finnegan. "They were professional, timely and listened to what we wanted. Their guidance throughout the process was invaluable. We are thrilled to be part of Boston's new Innovation District, and part of the continued growth in the area." According to JLL senior vice president and project executive Dana Griffin, "This was a great collaborative effort among Jones Lang LaSalle, Gensler and Finnegan. We were involved early in the process to ensure a seamless transition from design to construction and produced a truly customized end-product that fulfilled Finnegan's vision." Joining Dana on the Jones Lang LaSalle Construction team was: Senior Superintendent Bob Kelly, Senior Construction Manager Jamie Audette, Assistant Construction Manager Courtney Carroll, and Chief Estimator Senior Vice President Karl Ginand. Jones Lang LaSalle Managing Director Bill Motley represented Finnegan in lease negotiations. The developer of Seaport Place is Pembroke Real Estate.
