IWS signs 29,222 s/f lease with Antares Inv. Partners at Harbor Park in Stamford

Antares Investment Partners has signed a lease with a wholly owned subsidiary of Rockefeller & Co., Inc., Integrated Wealth Services (IWS), to relocate from Rockefeller Center in Manhattan. IWS has signed a 10-year lease for 29,222 s/f on the 8th floor at Stamford Harbor Park. IWS was represented by senior managing directors Craig Lemle and Erik Schmall of real estate advisor Studley, Inc.'s Manhattan office, while the property was represented by the leasing team at Antares Real Estate Services.
