O,R&L Comm'l. sells $2.1m retail redevelopment

Jay Morris and Phil Gagnon, CCIM, SIOR of O,R&L Commercial, LLC recently represented the seller in the sale of a 6.22 acre site at 2640 Berlin Tpke. in Newington for $2.1 million The site was improved with an industrial building occupied by JDC Enterprises but was purchased by Aldi Inc. for redevelopment with an Aldi grocery store.
