Long of HK Group completes $714,500 sale of 2,000 s/f condo
A 2,000 s/f medical condominium in the Metropolitan Building at 1515 Summer St. has been purchased for $714,500 by Dr. Haydee Lancman, a pediatrician.
The newly built-out medical suite is located on the ground floor of the 66,000 s/f building developed by Hannah Real Estate Investors.
HK Group vice president Tom Long from the commercial Realtor's Stamford office was the procuring broker representing Dr. Lancman. He is a specialist in the medical office field and has worked with numerous Fairfield County physicians and dentists.
Attorneys involved in the sale were Carl Ferraro of Norwalk for the buyer; and Michael Sweeney of Sandak, Hennessey & Greco, Stamford for the seller.
HK Group also co-brokered three leases totaling 3,262 s/f in Norwalk and Stamford.
At One Selleck St. in Norwalk, Phantom Data Systems, which provides data backup services, committed for a five year office lease in 1,183 s/f. HK senior vice president David Flayhan, was exclusive agent for the owner, Sandoval Shore Pointe Development, LLC.
At 83 East Ave., Norwalk, Dr. Martin Perlin leased 1,079 s/f for his medical practice. Long represented the tenant, and Bill Leopold of WFL Real Estate was agent for the owner, BP Norwalk, LLC and Lehigh Norwalk LLC.
At 43 Bank St. in Stamford, Connecticut Cigar Co. took 1,000 s/f for a cigar store and lounge. Sales associate Greg Romano from the Stamford office represented the tenant while Pyramid Realty's Norman Lotstein was listing agent for the owner, Bank Interest, LLC.
