The excitement is building as we prepare for the IREM New England Conference Tradeshow, this year to be held on September 21st at the Mystic Hilton in Mystic, Conn. And what an event it’s shaping up to be. In addition to valuable information, thought leadership input, and interactive best practice discussions, the tradeshow will also include raffles, networking opportunities, refreshments and more.

IREM Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island are once again partnering to host the interactive one day conference that will focus on topics relevant to property managers and maintenance staff.

Past Conn. chapter president Jason Falcetta , CPM, ACoM will serve as master of ceremonies at this year’s conference with a speaker lineup of Chris Marciano, CEO of Prepare to Act, attorneys Frank Flynn and Dave Carlson with the Flynn Law Group, and Charles. C. M. Kellom, IREM’s senior director of diversity, equity and inclusion.

Christopher Mellen, 2016 international past president has been tapped as keynote speaker for the highly-anticipated event. Mellen, a senior vice president of The Simon Companies in Braintree, has been a member of IREM for more than 40 years. His speech is certain to be informative, stimulating and offer professional insight to the challenges faced by property managers.

We’re looking forward to a fantastic day and hope you’ll join us in beautiful Mystic!
