Hughes of New Dover Associates handles two lease renewals

134 Flanders Road - Westborough, MA

Westborough, MA Scott Hughes, president of New Dover Associates, Inc., represented the landlord, 134 Flanders Road LLC in two recent lease renewals at 134 Flanders Rd.

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. leased 6,388 s/f of office space. Danielle Simbliaris, vice president, and Elena Ochsenreither, associate of CBRE of Boston, represented Securitas Security Services.   

Brown and Brown of Kentucky, Inc. leased 6,227 s/f of office and training space.  Robert McGuire, managing director of JLL of Boston represented Brown and Brown of Kentucky.

134 Flanders Road is a 57,421 s/f brick and steel frame three story multi-tenanted office building which has recently undergone common area renovations.  

134 Flanders Rd. is located one mile west of I-495 and the intersection of Rte. 9 (Exit 23B) and three miles north of  I-90 (Mass Pike).  New Dover Associates, Inc. is the exclusive agent for 134 Flanders Rd.
