Horvath, Tremblay & Cole of Marcus & Millichap broker two sales - $2 million

Bob Horvath, Todd Tremblay and Ethan Cole of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services were the sole brokers in the sale of 208-210 Washington St., Somerville and 23-25 Thompson St., Winchester. Washington St. is a mixed-use retail and apartment building located in Union Sq. that sold for $1.2 million. The building consists of two retail and eight apartment units. The building, owned by a local family, was purchased by Gamma Realty Trust. Thompson St. is a mixed-use building consisting of three retail and two apartment units. The building, owned by a local family, was purchased by a regional investor for $800,000. Horvath and Tremblay have created a group to manage the increased demand for the disposition of bank owned properties. The team recently handled the sale of a 12-unit apartment building in Springfield and a small local grocer in Lowell.
