Galaxy Development relocates Connecticut office to Auburn, Mass.

Galaxy Development has relocated its corporate offices to Auburn. Previously located in Vernon, Conn., Galaxy made the move to Auburn in June 2010 to one of its properties located on Southbridge St. (Rte. 12). The three-parcel mixed-use property consists of freestanding buildings leased by Taco Bell and Chili's Restaurant, anchored by a two-story 6,400 s/f building occupied by St. Vincent Medical Group on the upper level and Galaxy Development on the lower level. The building can be expanded to add 2,000 s/f of retail space and is located adjacent to I-290/Mass Pike and the I-395 corridor. Retail neighbors include Walmart, B.J.'s, Home Depot, CVS, Applebees, McDonald's, Burger King, Friendly's, Dunkin' Donuts and TJ Maxx.
