Latham and Malloy of Lincoln Property Company negotiate 4,641 s/f lease

The Boston office of Lincoln Property Company has negotiated a 4,641 s/f office lease on behalf of Architects for Learning at 160 Gould St. Working in partnership with teachers, schools, and school districts, Architects for Learning is dedicated to promoting 21st century literacy skills through the development of innovative approaches to teaching and learning. Lincoln Property Co.'s vice president Tim Latham and senior vice president Kevin Malloy represented the tenant. Michael Moynahan, associate director at Cushman & Wakefield of Massachusetts, represented the landlord, TIAA-CREF.
