Davis Companies names Chandor vice president of asset management

The David Companies has appointed Christopher Chandor, Jr. vice president of asset management. Chandor will help maximize the performance and value of the Davis Companies portfolio, and will formulate and implement long-range real estate asset management and fund management strategies. Chandor joins The Davis Companies with 20 years of real estate and project management experience. Most recently he was real estate director for the Boston Red Sox. Chandor is also former senior development director at Struever Bros. Eccles & Rouse and former vice president of development at Trammell Crow Co.
