Horvath, Tremblay and Huntley of Horvath & Tremblay broker $2.425 million sale of Lafayette Road Plaza in Hampton, NH

Hampton, NH Bob Horvath, Todd Tremblay and Aaron Huntley of Horvath & Tremblay have completed the sale of the Lafayette Road Plaza. Horvath & Tremblay exclusively represented the seller to complete the transaction at a sale price of $2.425 million.

The property is located at 356 Lafayette Rd. Lafayette Road Plaza is a 16,354 s/f retail plaza on a 1.62-acre parcel. The property was formerly anchored by Rite Aid and is home to two well-established tenants, Stillwell’s Ice Cream and Las Olas Taqueria. The retail center offers upside through the lease up of the former Rite Aid space at market rates. The Lafayette Road Plaza is positioned along Lafayette Rd. (US Rte. 1), the area’s primary commercial and commuter corridor. The property has visibility, frontage and access and is located in the center of town with access to NH Rtes. 101, 101E and 27 as well as I-95. The property is close to area schools, municipal buildings and national retailers that drive traffic to the area. The town is located in the southeast corner of the state along the shore of the Atlantic Ocean and encompasses 14.2 square miles. Hampton has a year-round population of nearly 16,000 people and a seasonal population of approximately 100,000. Additionally, Hampton is 45-miles north of Boston, and 60-miles south of Portland, ME.
