Nashua, NH The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International arranged the sale of 547 Amherst St., a 35,684 s/f office building to 1A Auto, Inc. for $3.125 million.

David and James Stubblebine, principals, and Aaron Smith, advisor at The Stubblebine Company, represented 1A Auto, the buyer, in this transaction.

547 Amherst St. is a four-story 35,684 s/f office building, located 35 miles north of Boston.

1A Auto is an auto repair company that offers a large selection of high-quality car parts online, expert customer service, and helpful how-to automotive resources. 1A Auto is one of the largest automotive parts distributors in the nation, allowing customers to order parts online with delivery included.

Established in 1987, The Stubblebine Company specializes in selling and leasing large flex and industrial properties and adaptive re-use sites throughout New England.
