Cumberland, RI Foncellino Team of Coldwell Banker Commercial listed and leased a 1,500 s/f executive office at 1985 Mendon Rd. for ARS Holdings LLC to Boys & Girls Club of Northern R.I. The space is located on the first floor.
The building has parking in the front and rear of the building with a pylon sign located on the street.
The tenant will renovate the space for their needs.
