Holmes and Detwiller of R.W. Holmes rep KLR for 15,111 s/f lease

According to R.W. Holmes Realty Co., Inc., the company has completed the leasing of 15,111 s/f to Kahn, Litwin, Renza & Co. (KLR) at Watermill Center, 800 South St. Watermill Center is a 206,722 s/f class "A" office building. KLR, a well respected full service accounting firm headquartered in Providence, R.I., is expanding its business into the Greater Boston market through the acquisition of Sullivan, Shuman & Freedberg, by moving those operations and expanding their business into Watermill Center. Garry Holmes and Chip Detwiller of R.W. Holmes Realty Co., Inc. represented KLR while Dave Campbell of Newmark Knight Frank represented the landlord, New Boston Fund. Since 1976 R.W.
