Hobbs Brook Management leases 33,533 s/f to three companies in Waltham

Hobbs Brook Management LLC completed 3 new leases totaling 33,533 s/f within their class A portfolio. Leases were signed with Affinova, Inc., Gnarus Environmental Services Corporation, and Magenic Technologies, Inc. Affinnova, Inc. has leased 22,352 s/f at 265 Winter St. Jon Varholak, partner, and Ron Friedman, senior vice president of Richard Barry Joyce & Partners represented Affinova, while Charles Batchelder, managing director of Wyman Street Advisors represented Hobbs Brook. Gnarus Environmental Services Corp. has signed a lease for 7,128 s/f at 275 Wyman St. The tenant was represented by T3 Advisors, LLC. Bob Borgman of Wyman Street Advisors represented Hobbs Brook. Magenic Technologies, Inc. will relocate to the Hobbs Brook Office Park. Cushman & Wakefield represented Magenic, and Borgman represented Hobbs Brook. The technology firm has leased 4,053 s/f on the fourth floor of 404 Wyman St. In addition Astraeus Wealth Advisors LLC has also leased space in Park Ridge, Illinois. Astraeus Wealth Advisers, LLC, has leased 1,619 s/f at 300 South Northwest Highway in. Formerly located at 444 North Michigan Ave., the financial consulting firm was represented by Tim Reynolds from CB Richard Ellis, .
