Herczeg of KW Commercial brokers two leases totalling 6,050 s/f to Tebb's Retail
Ed Herczeg of KW Commercial leased two properties to Tebb's Retail.
The first property, 311 Main St., Biddeford, owned by Urban Maine Redevelopment LLC is 3,000 s/f.
The second property, 845 Forest Ave., Portland, is owned by Forest Ave Building LLC and contains 3,050 s/f.
