Peter Harrington of Malone Commercial Brokers negotiated 4 office lease transactions. * Liquid Wireless is relocating its offices and has leased 2,400 s/f of office space at 66 Pearl St. Leader Properties LLC is the landlord and East Brown Cow Management, Inc. is the property manager. Peter Harrington of Malone Commercial Brokers, Inc. and Andy Nelson of CBRE/The Boulos Co. handled the transaction. * Desk Net, Inc. leased 5,900 s/f of office space at 66 Pearl St. Leader Properties LLC is the landlord and East Brown Cow Management is the property manager. Harrington was the broker. * Pemberton & Associates leased 1,763 s/f of office space at 75 Market St. Wholly Cow LLC is the landlord and East Brown Cow Management is the property manager. Harrington was the broker. * Dragonfly Taijquan LLC lease 1,220 s/f of office space at 222 Saint John St. Cowcatcher LLC is the landlord and East Brown Cow Management is the property manager. Harrington was the broker. And in a separate transaction brokered by Joe Malone, CCIM, The New East India Company LLC purchased a 782 s/f professional office condo at 70 India St., Unit 1. Francis Jackson was the seller.
