Anderson of Prudential Verani Realty leases 3,329 s/f office space; to Donahue, Tucker and Ciandella PLLC

Bob Anderson of Prudential Verani Realty's commercial division, leased 3,329 s/f of office space to Donahue, Tucker and Ciandella, PLLC at 111 Maplewood Ave. The space is being retrofitted to meet the firm's specifications with an expected occupancy this month. Attorney Michael Donahue said, "With Prudential Verani's able assistance, DTC chose the location because of its convenient access for their clients and staff and the quality of the renovation of the building which is in the heart of Portsmouth's Northern Tier development district." DTC is the fourth tenant to join the roster at 111 Maplewood Ave. since it was redeveloped. New tenants in the former Portsmouth Herald Building are Kennebunk Savings Bank, Summit Engineering, and Prudential Verani Realty. Anderson represented the landlord, Maplewood & Vaughan Holding Company, LLC.
