Halsey and Welch of Prudential Gammons Realty sell 20,000 s/f
Peter Halsey, director of commercial sales and Frank Welch of Prudential Gammons Realty co-brokered the sale of a 20,000 s/f warehouse/office property at 31 Graystone St., off Jefferson Ave. near T.F. Green Airport. The property contains 20' clear span and two loading docks with office space.
According to the Kent County registry of deeds the sale price was $850,000.
Also, Allen Gammons and Halsey of Prudential Gammons Realty sold 2.6 acres with frontage on Post Rd. near the Quonset Gateway development. The property was subdivided into two parcels. One acre has been sold for retail development.
