Naugatuck, CT New England Retail Properties, Inc. has sold 275 Church St. for $1.1 million to the borough of Naugatuck.
The former Bank of America branch was constructed in 1975 and consisted of a freestanding 5,060 s/f facility on 1.13 acres in the downtown area.
President and COO Matt Halprin and associate Ryan Mendez of New England Retail Props. were the exclusive brokers for the sellers Spelke Family LLC. Mayor Pete Hess handled the negotiations for the town.
