Gibbons and Deering of ABG Commercial Realty lease 4,420 s/f to Fuchi Asian Cuisine
Westford, MA ABG Commercial Realty broker’s senior vice president Bernard Gibbons and vice president Stephanie Deering have leased the 4,420 s/f restaurant and bar with Fuchi Asian Cuisine at Orchard Sq., at 355 Littleton Rd.
Fuchi Asian Cuisine owners Jin “Geno” Lin and Mei Lin were eager to relocate after 13 years in Plaistow, N.H.
Mei Lin said “As a resident of Westford, I just appreciate so much what Westford gave to us and our kids. In a way, we wanted to give something back to Westford, to the community.”
Fuchi Asian Cuisine specializes in Chinese and Japanese fusion appetizers and entrees. The bar serves a wide selection of spirits, beers, and wine. .
