Guralnick of O,R&L Commercial leases 26,460 s/f at FoxHaven Plaza

East Haven, CT O,R&L Commercial, LLC has completed a 26,460 s/f long-term lease in the 125,000 s/f regional shopping center located on Rte. 80 in the FoxHaven Plaza on Foxon Rd.
Rich Guralnick, CCIM of O,R&L Commercial represented the landlord, Foxhaven Plaza, LLC and David Gorbach of Colonial Properties represented the new tenant, Flippin Out, dba Rockin’ Jump Trampoline Park.
The newest alternative for birthday parties and family gatherings, Rockin’ Jump is an indoor trampoline park with jump arenas and foam pits for flips, somersaults, trampoline dodge ball and lots of fun and exercise.
The trampoline park joins Shop Rite Supermarket, Ocean State Job Lot and Subway who are already tenants in the plaza.
