Southborough, MA Peter Engeian has joined Grossman Development Group (GDG) as their vice president of property management.
“We are thrilled to have Peter join us,” said Grossman Development Group president Howard Grossman. “He adds two dimension to our growing team that enhances our overall expertise.”
Engeian comes to GDG with 25 years of property management experience throughout New England. Prior to joining Grossman Development Group, Engeian spent 20 years at Samuels & Associates, before leaving his position as vice president of property management to become a senior regional asset manager at Cedar Realty Trust from 2012-2016.
At GDG, Engeian’s primary responsbilities will include property management and acquisition analysis.
“I am very pleased to be joining GDG,” Engeian said. “We have a lot of exciting projects in the pipeline and I look forward to being a part of the team.”
