Guralnick and Nolan of H. Pearce lease 2,400 s/f to Gymboree
According to H. Pearce Commercial Real Estate, Richard Guralnick and Christopher Nolan have completed a retail lease for 2,400 s/f at 344 Washington Ave. The new tenant is Gymboree Play and Music, a global franchise that has been forstering creativity and confidence in childen ages 0-5 for over 30 years. Gymboree's programs are recognized for their unique approach to parent involvement which encourages participation in and understanding of each child's development. The franchise has over 550 locations in 30 countries, making them the global leader in early childhood development programs.
