Boston, MA Greystar Real Estate Partners, LLC, a global leader in the investment, development, and management of rental housing and commercial properties, held the grand opening of 212 Stuart St., a newly-constructed residential community. 212 Stuart St. is home to 126 residential units and over 1,200 s/f of future ground floor retail. Residents will enjoy, tailored services, and bespoke finishes across 19 stories, positioned between the historic charm of Bay Village and robust amenities of Back Bay.

“212 Stuart St. is a groundbreaking addition to Boston’s skyline, ready to meet the evolving needs of current and future residents with best-in-class amenities,” said Gary Kerr, managing director, development at Greystar. “Developing a new residential community in an established neighborhood like this is a very unique opportunity, and we are thrilled with the outcome of the development. This project maintains the distinctive character of its surroundings while increasing attractive housing and retail options. We are greatly appreciative of our partners, the City of Boston, and, of course, the Bay Village neighborhood in helping us reach this milestone.”

Developed in collaboration with Sasaki, Höweler + Yoon, and Elizabeth Stuart Design, 212 Stuart St. is a compelling addition to the city’s skyline that interacts within its neighborhood setting. Inspired by classical architecture with a contemporary interpretation, 212 Stuart St.’s fluted facade is moderated by street-level townhomes that integrate into the existing streetscape.

The building’s offerings include studio, one, two, three-bedroom and townhome-style apartments, spanning 500 to 2,100 s/f, with access to an array of amenities. This includes complimentary Wi-Fi in each residence, a fitness center and yoga studio, bike storage, lounge area with city views, a library, rooftop terrace with outdoor dining and entertainment space, a pet spa/grooming space, and more. Additionally, each home features floor-to-ceiling windows, custom Italian cabinetry, panelized Bosch appliances, smart home technology, designer fixtures, Caesarstone quartz countertops, and bespoke finish details.

Designed for effortless living, 212 Stuart St. offers 24-hour concierge and maintenance services, front door package service, newspaper and dry-cleaning delivery, as well as spa, dining, and entertainment reservations. Residents can also enjoy in-person and virtual fitness classes, access to interior design services, reservable bikes and scooters, and an array of curated community events. 212 Stuart Street is also a WiredScore Home certified community, achieving WiredScore Platinum status.
