East Bridgewater, MA James Stubblebine and David Stubblebine, principals, and Chris Michniewicz, senior advisor of The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International, represented the seller, W K DEV 2 LLC, and directly procured the buyer, Gentle Giant, in the sale of 40 Industrial Dr. for $7.3 million. The property consists of a 75,000 s/f building, with a 16’-25.9’ clear height, situated on 6.83 acres. The building is located 8.5 miles from Rte. 24 and Rte. 3, and 13 miles from I-495.

Gentle Giant has over 40 years of experience with providing customer satisfaction as a national moving company. They specialize in local and interstate moving, packing, and storage services, and referrals account for 80% of their business.
